KITCHENS

Each kitchen has been individually designed to maximise workspace and storage. All include Stainless Steel Single under Oven, Gas Hob, Chimney Hood, Integrated Washer / Dryer and incorporate under unit lighting. Kitchen units come in a choice of styles, worktops and handles and can be complemented with attractive wall tiling from our Porcelanosa range.

BATHROOMS

Beautifully designed bathrooms and en-suites featuring brilliant white sanitary ware and chrome taps. A choice of Porcelanosa tiling is provided in the bathroom and en-suites.

BEDROOMS

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Flush internal doors finished in white gloss with satin aluminium lever handles and matching key plates are fitted. A variety of high performance, double glazed UPVC window types are fitted throughout the development.

WALL AND CEILING FINISHES

All woodwork is painted in white gloss and the walls with a soft white emulsion throughout. Ceilings are smooth with coving provided in entrance hall and lounge/dining room.

EXTERNAL FINISHES

A variety of external finishes including feature stonework and facing brick will feature across the development. Your Sales Advisor will be able to provide you with information on plot specific boundary fencings, service strips, walls and factoring.

HEATING

Gas central heating systems are fitted with fully automated programmable combination boilers and thermostatic valves to each radiator.

SMOKE DETECTORS

Mains operated smoke detectors are installed for your safety in central positions within each home.

Communal areas within the apartments are tastefully decorated with carpeting to floors and emulsion paint to walls.
